Conventional graters grate only in one direction, which means twice the time for grating. The Leifheit Parmesan grater has a special grating surface, which enables grating in two directions. Parmesan can be grated easy and twice as fast. After the grating the cheese is collected in an integrated container. It has a form to empty, for the exact dosage. Particularly practical and decorative is the design: it is easy to handle and enables the storage on its side as well as upright.
